Who we are.
Bayswater Projects is a construction partner for Government and institutional clients operating in complex, high-compliance environments.
We specialise in delivering critical building works where the stakes are high, the environments are sensitive, and operational continuity cannot be compromised.
OUR VALUES
We operate with integrity
The best way to earn respect and keep it, is to do what you say you will do. All the time. Every time.
We build relationships, not just projects
Our collaborative approach means we work alongside our clients to deliver better outcomes.
At Bayswater, it’s never just bricks
and mortar, it’s heart and soul.
We are family
We care about our people.
Maintaining a positive and safe workplace where people can excel is our priority.
We get things done
Execution matters. We move fast, solve problems and deliver quality outcomes, with the systems in place to make sure it’s done properly.
We help you think outside the box
Opportunities are usually disguised as hard work, so most people don’t recognise them.
At Bayswater, we pride ourselves on taking the road less travelled.
