Over the years, George has carefully hand-picked only the best property consultants & professionals, & has built a strong, ethical & reliable network who deliver only the highest quality projects.
Matthew Richards
Director & General Manager
Matt's wealth of knowledge in all areas of construction ensures that our projects are successfully delivered to the highest standard.
With a Bachelor of Engineering - Civil, NSW Builder's Licence and more than 20 years of Construction and Management experience speacialising in industrial, commercial and institutional buildings, it is no wonder we entrust Matt to lead and manage our business.

Office & Accounts Manager
With a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication, experience in corporate branding, account management, events planning & customer relationship management, Melissa has Bayswater covered from all angles.
As our Office Manager who oversees all internal operations, Melissa leads the administration team whilst continuing to uphold our excellent reputation amongst clients and stakeholders of the business.

Construction Manager
A passionate and ambitious individual with over 20 years’ experience in construction and project management, specialising in Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Government works across multiple sectors in Australia, Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Will leads our Project Managers and Site Team keeping everyone informed, accountable and compliant to ensure the safest and most efficient standards whilst on a Bayswater job site.

Compliance Manager
As our in house compliance manager, Jenene oversees the finer details to ensure we are always compliant with client onboarding requirements and the latest Australian Safety Standards.
Jenene is committed to the health, safety and wellbeing of all Bayswater employees and our subcontractors, and is fundamental in maintaining excellent customer service.
Justin Tabone
Snr Project Manager
With 28 years of construction industry experience in NSW and Canada, Justin has been exposed to a wide variety of clients and projects that have up-skilled him to be an extremely valuable Senior Project Manager.
Justin manages every aspect of a project including safety, budget, program, on site works, contract and subcontracts, whilst ensuring at all times that these elements are procured and executed as expected by our clients and as per the relevant Standards and Codes of Practice.
Justin oversees and coordinates all of our experienced personnel to deliver quality projects.
Mark Elsley
Project Manager
A committed and ambitious individual delivering top quality Projects and Construction.
Mark has worked as a Tradesman, Foreman, Site Manager and Project Manager for a variety of Private Investment, Construction, OEM Development and Professional Services Businesses. Specializing in Commercial & Industrial Construction and interior fitout.
Prior to this, Mark was in the Australian Defence Force for 10 years and has spent time working in Europe in highly sensitive environments, he contributes a very specialized and diverse skill set to our team.
Sam Battiato
Facilities Manager / Project Manager
With a background in Carpentry, Salvatore (Sam) has a sound experience in the construction industry. Having contracted to Bayswater for many years, we jumped at the opportunity to bring Sam on full time as our Facilities Manager / Project Manager.
Sam has demonstrated his ability to deliver and manage trades on commercial projects whilst overseeing and coordinating technicians and contractors.
Dmitri Meck
Estimator
Dmitri is our experienced Estimator specialising in the Commercial, Government and Defence sectors.
With extensive knowledge and understanding of construction processes, Dmitri has a range of project experience including New Builds, Make Goods, Refurbishments, Fit Outs, End of Trips and Secure Rooms.
Skilled in the preparation of cost estimates and tender bids for both Design & Construct and Construct Only tenders valued up to $10M.
Jeremy Zoghaib
Project Administrator
Recently graduation with a Bachelor of Construction Management (Hons) majoring in Building Surveying, Jeremy has great knowledge of site specific WHS management procedures, with the ability to review SWMS, permits to work, tender packages, letting schedules, finishes schedules and create all site related administrative documentation.
Not only has Jeremy supported the project team for the past couple of years, he is also competent in handling contracts administration and implementation.

Scott is a superior Site Supervisor with sound knowledge of machine operation.
Scott brings a unique skill set to the team, with a background of an experienced glass installer and certified shop fitter.
This diverse range of experience allows Scott to be familiar with many facets of construction and on site operations.

Site Supervisor / Facilities Technician
A specialist in Carpentry and Joinery, Paul is a man of many skills with a strong understanding and broad knowledge of construction processes.
With over 25 years' experience in the industry Paul is not only a hands on Site Supervisor and Facilities Technician, he is also able to liaise with clients at a project management level and manage trades on residential and commercial projects.
